How long will it take to process my order?
All wholesale orders will be dispatched within 4-7 business days.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, if your location is avaiable on Faire then I can ship there!
How long does shipping take?
All orders are sent via Australia Post. Once your order has been dispatched you will be emailed a tracking number. Please be aware once your parcel is with Australia Post it is out of our control for delivery times. Pollie & Res takes no responsibility for lost items once your parcel is with Australia Post. Can I change my order once it's in place?
If you’d like to make a change to your order, send us an email at hello@pollieandres.com.au as soon as you can! We’ll do our best to change your order before it ships out. Alternatively you can use customer support via Faire.
Do you only sell to wholesale customers?

What is polymer clay?
Polymer clay is a synthetic type of modelling clay. The primary ingredient is a polyvinyl chloride (PVC) base. Other ingredients like fillers, pigments and bendable plasticizers are added to create the finished product.
Is polymer clay heavy?
Polymer clay earrings are very light and durable. They are non toxic and able to bend but this should be avoided as it weakens the plastic. Earrings which have been damaged due to bending will not be eligible for a refund.
How do I care for my earrings?
Polymer clay is a non-toxic, flexible, lightweight but durable material that needs to be handled with care. It is recommended that you store your earrings in the small bag provided.
- Always protect your jewellery from sprays, lotions, make up and extreme temperatures
- Be sure to remove before swimming, showering or going to sleep
- Clean with a soft towel or baby wipes.
If your earrings have brass components, a sealant has been applied prior to being assembled. Brass is susceptible to tarnishing over time and you may need to clean your earrings at home - the internet is full of great tutorials for this.
Please store your jewellery out of reach for children, our earrings can be small and parts attached that can be a serious choking hazard for children.
What if I have sensitive ears?
Majority of our dangles are made with a Stainless Steel base with Rhodium Plating. Rhodium plating is used to enhance the durability of metal giving a smooth, shiny finish to the jewellery.
All of our studs use Surgical Stainless Steel findings which is best for sensitive skin. It has low nickel content and higher chromium and molybdenum instead. It's durable, chemical resistant, but it is not hypoallergenic because it's made up of nickel, though only a small amount.
